Ashley Cain’s girlfriend Safiyya Vorajee has spoken about the pain of losing the couple’s daughter following her leukaemia battle.

The Ex On The Beach star, 30, and his 35-year-old partner lost their eight-month-old baby Azaylia last week after she suffered from acute myeloid leukaemia.

Taking to her Instagram story, she shared a photo of her little one in a pink polka dot Minnie Mouse baby bouncer, with the message: ‘Your so beautiful I think about you all day and night [sic].’

‘Trying to get myself out of bed in the morning has never felt so hard. The pain that hits me when my eyes open is unbearable; I just want this all to have been a dream. I miss you Azaylia.’

Alongside another picture of herself cuddling her daughter, Safiyya wrote: ‘1 week ago this was all happening…

‘You are so incredible Azaylia, you have changed my life.

‘Honestly I feel so proud of you, I am lost without you but I know you’re with me close all the time.’

Ashley and Safiyya’s daughter died last week after battling her illness.

The reality star shared the tragic news on his social media page, telling fans: ‘Rest In Paradise Princess. I will always hold you in my heart until I can hold you again in heaven.’

Safiyya added: ‘You are my Angel my heartbeat my soul, RIP my precious baby, you will always be with me like a handprint on my heart.’

In the days before her death, Azaylia suffered a seizure, and her palliative care team told the family to ‘make the most of this weekend’ as her body was ‘shutting down’.

The couple, who welcomed Azaylia in August 2020, had planned to take her to Singapore for treatment after their fund-raising page hit the £1million mark.

However Ashley found out she had days left to live after learning her test results were not what they had hoped.

Over the last few weeks, the pair had been making the most of their time with the little one.
