Logan Paul Vows to Score a KO in His Next Fight, Says Floyd Mayweather “Blessed” Him

The Internet star, Logan Paul, seems optimistic about defeating the undefeated five-division champion, Floyd Mayweather, in their upcoming clash on June 6. While fight fans have given him almost no chance in the matchup, Paul revealed he wants a KO win.

It may sound bizarre for many, but Logan Paul is actually aiming to KO Floyd Mayweather. In comparison with his opponent, ‘The Maverick’ is bigger and has all the physical attributes in his favor. However, getting a crack at Mayweather will still not be easy.

On the IMPAULSIVE podcast, Paul acknowledged that Mayweather handed him a life-changing opportunity and previewed their fight.

“I am not as much of a villain in the sense that Jake is. Like bro, Floyd [Mayweather] blessed me with this opportunity. You know, and I am not gonna pretend like he didn’t grant me the seat. But you can best your a**, I am gonna take advantage of it in the biggest way possible,” said ‘The Maverick’.

When asked whether he would be able to KO Floyd Mayweather, Logan Paul added, “Yeah 10, that’s what I am saying.”

Although Paul was smiling his way through the conversation, he has every chance to deliver on his words. Boxing is an unpredictable sport and with a sheer advantage in height, reach, and weight, the YouTuber can potentially trouble Mayweather under valid parameters.

Meanwhile, Floyd Mayweather also seems to have begun his training. Being one of the best boxers of the era, the 50-0 puncher will remain the favorite ahead of this lucrative bout.

The matchup came out of nowhere and was initially targeted for February 20, at the Tokyo Dome. However, Mayweather went silent from his side and the fight date was scrapped. The bout then faded away for months before receiving another official confirmation.
