ASHLEY Cain’s girlfriend Safiyya has revealed she looks to the sky for signs from her baby daughter Azaylia after her tragic death.

Safiyya, 35, called her baby girl her “guardian angel” after her death last week aged just eight months, following a battle with acute myeloid leukaemia.

Safiyya told fans on Instagram how she recorded the clip from Love Island star Molly-Mae Hague of the dramatic red sky after she was looking for signs from her daughter.

“I keep looking up into the sky and looking for signs from Azaylia,” she wrote.

“So tonight I went to see her. As I left, I asked her what she was going to do special, for me in the sky tonight.

“As I was driving I couldn’t capture this moment but it made me say out loud. Wow.

“I had to screen record this off @mollymae story and show you what I saw as she captured the moment so beautifully.”

The heartbroken mum added: “The purest love I have ever felt in my life is for you Azaylia.

“The most incredible girl my hero, my baby, my inspiration. ADC. May God protect you, my guardian angel.”

Yesterday, Ashley vowed to help children going through serious health battles like his late daughter Azaylia in a moving Instagram post.

The bereaved dad told fans he made a promise to keep Azaylia’s name alive, and he won’t let his heartache get in the way of doing that.

He wrote: “I wanted to take this time to give thanks for all of your love, care and support for Azaylia throughout her battle and still now for us as a family. [heart emoji].

“I am broken and hurting more and more everyday right now. [crying emoji].

“But I made a promise to my daughter that I would keep her name alive by continuing to help other children, adults and their families during their own battles and I will honour that promise until I see her again.”

Eight-month-old Azaylia died last weekend after suffering from a rare form of leukaemia which spread through her body.

Yesterday her mum Safiyya said that she couldn’t get out of bed and was in “unbearable pain” after her tragic loss.

Looking emotional and tired in a short video clip, Safiyya wrote over the top: “Trying to get myself out of bed in the morning has never felt so hard.

“The pain that hits me when I open my eyes is unbearable, I just want this all to be a dream.

“I miss you, Azaylia.”

Reposting her final images taken with Azaylia, she continued: “One week today this was all happening, you are so incredible Azaylia, you have changed my life.

“Honestly, I feel so proud of you, I am lost without you but I know you’re with me close all the time.”

The heartbreaking words came one day after she and boyfriend Ashley Cain lit a candle for their little girl in the Chapel of Rest.

Ashley shared a short video that showed the red candle burning surrounded by Lion King teddy bears.
