Golden State Warriors broke their two game winless streak with a comfortable win against the Rockets. With a .500 record of 32 wins and 32 losses, the Dubs are the 10th seed in the West.

The New Orleans Pelicans meanwhile won their second game in a row with a win against the Timberwolves. The Pelicans are the 11th seed in the Western Conference with a record 29 wins and 35 losses.

The Warriors face off against the Pelicans tonight at 7:30 PM EST. Let’s look at the injury reports and the probable lineups of the teams.

Predictions

The Pelicans have a rather fit squad and are also in great form. They face a Warriors side who are missing multiple players through injuries. Considering their recent form and the players available, the Pelicans have a slight edge against the Dubs.

The Warriors have some major injury concerns. Klay Thompson and James Wiseman are sidelined for the rest of the season. Backup center Eric Paschall is out with a hip injury. Damion Lee is sidelined as he has to follow the league’s health and safety protocols while Kelly Oubre Jr is sidelined as he recovers from a wrist injury.

The Dubs will look to maintain their winning form against the Pelicans as they are only a couple of wins away from reaching the eighth spot in the Western Conference.

New Orleans Pelicans injury updates and lineup prediction

The New Orleans Pelicans continued their fantastic form of late with their third win of their last four games, as they defeated the Timberwolves 140-136. While Zion Williamson dropped 37 points, Lonzo Ball had a massive game as he scored 33 points.

The Pelicans will be missing three key players against the Dubs. Nickeil Alexander-Walker is out an ankle injury, Josh Hart is sidelined with a thumb injury, and Steven Adams is questionable with a toe injury.

The Pelicans practically have to win all their games if they want to have a chance to make it to the play-in tournament. A win against the Warriors will be a big boost for them.
