She wrote on the picture: “My little Trix is 5 today…” with a red heart emoji and Stevie Wonder’s version of Happy Birthday playing.

The former model also shared a spectacular fruit arrangement of various fruit kebabs sticking out of a pineapple over which she wrote: “I feel like I’m 5 again.”

She went on to post a picture of Trixie-Grace’s impressive birthday cake, which was covered in cartoon dogs – and Matt could be spotted wearing a ‘Dad’ t-shirt in the background.

Emma has three children, Isabelle, 11, Ace, nine, and five-year-old Trixie with musician and ex-Busted member, husband Matt Willis.

The McBusted bassist married Emma in 2008 in a lavish ceremony at Rushton Hall, Northamptonshire.

In addition to Trixie, the pair are also mum and dad to 11-year-old Isabelle and nine-year-old Ace.

The happy couple have been together for 15 years but Matt insists Emma made the first move.

Speaking to Vicky Pattison on her podcast, Matt previously said: “I was on Saturday Night Takeaway with Ant and Dec and Blue were on the same night.

“Emma was at home. She had split up with her boyfriend. Suddenly Simon from Blue hands me a phone and it’s [mutual friend] Tim Kash and he says, ‘Emma is really trying to get hold of you – do you mind if I give her your number?’
