Marilyn Manson’s ex Ashley Morgan Smithline details alleged abuse as she labels him ‘most terrifying monster in the world’
Marilyn Manson’s ex-girlfriend Ashley Morgan Smithline has accused the singer of being sexually, psychologically, and physically abusive during their relationship.
Smithline is one of 15 women, including actresses Evan Rachel Wood and Esmé Bianco, who have made accusations against the star – real name Brian Hugh Warner.
Speaking to People magazine, the 36-year-old claimed that over the course of two years, Manson sexually assaulted her numerous time by biting and whipping her.
She alleged that the 52-year-old also ‘cut her with a swastika-emblazoned knife’, ‘carved his initials in her thigh’ and ‘shoved his fist in her mouth during sex’.
Smithline claimed she was forced to do a blood pact with the singer and alleged that he would lock her in a ‘glass, soundproof room’ which he named ‘the bad girls room’ whenever she ‘p***ed him off’.
In response to Smithline’s allegations, a spokesperson for Manson — who is currently being investigated for domestic violence by the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department — told People that they ‘strongly deny her claims.’
The statement read: ‘There are so many falsehoods within her claims that we wouldn’t know where to begin to answer them. This relationship, to the limited extent it was a relationship, didn’t last one week.’
The publication stated that Smithline provided People with emails and messages she says were from Manson that span more than two years.
Smithline detailed the alleged abuse in her first interview since naming Manson as her alleged abuser in February in an Instagram statement.
She claimed that she first connected with Manson during the summer of 2010 while she was modeling in Asia, and says shefirst flew into Los Angeles to meet with the rocker in November of the same year.
The model alleged that physical abuse began with the singer whipping her bare back, and then progressed to sexual assault when she woke up to find he had tied her arms and penetrated her while she slept.
Smithline claimed the relationship officially ended in 2013 and that she has since suffered from OCD, night terrors and PTSD.
She told the publication that she hopes speaking out will help stop the ‘most terrifying monster in the world.’
Her allegations come days after Game of Thrones actress Esmé Bianco filed a lawsuit to sue the rock star for his alleged abuse.
