Tom Brady In Line to Join Elite Group Involving Drew Brees and Peyton Manning

Tom Brady-led Tampa Bay Buccaneers exceeded all expectations in 2020. The Bucs made their way to the Super Bowl LV Trophy earlier this year as they defeated Kansas City Chiefs by a comprehensive 9-31 record. In doing so, the Buccaneers became the first team in the league’s history to lift a Lombardi Trophy on home soil.

Brady was consistent throughout the season in his first season away from New England Patriots. He threw for 4,633 yards with 40 passing TDs against 12 interceptions in 2020.

Tom Brady will go up against the New England Patriots in 2021

As per the official league schedule, Bruce Arians-coached Tampa Bay Buccaneers will take on the mighty New England Patriots in the 2021 NFL season. In almost fairytale fashion, Brady will go up against his former employers and more importantly, his long-term mentor and ‘friend’ Bill Belichick.

The pair led the Patriots to six Super Bowl titles over a period of 20 years. They shared a father-son relationship as compared to that of a coach and quarterback. But Tom Brady wanted a new challenge at the age of 43 which is what led him to Florida.

The rest as they say is history.

This season, Brady will have the chance to join the likes of Drew Brees, Peyton Manning and Brett Favre as the only players to beat all 32 teams in the NFL.
