‘It’s My Time’- Charles Oliveira Unfazed by Michael Chandler Threat Ahead of UFC 262
The main event at UFC 262 features a bout between Michael Chandler and Charles Oliveira for the vacant lightweight belt. ‘Iron’ and ‘Do Bronx’ will be fighting for UFC gold for the first time in their respective careers. Becoming a champion in any division in the UFC is a life-changing moment for all fighters.
Chandler has been a champion previously in another organization and has defended his belt multiple times. If he were to win the bout next weekend, he would join an elite list of fighters to have won belts in two of the biggest MMA promotions in the world in the UFC and Bellator MMA.
However, it will be easier said than done as the man standing across the octagon from him is on an eight-fight win streak and has looked flawless in all of his victories.
