Little Mix star Leigh-Anne Pinnock is set to become a judge on the next series of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK, it has been claimed.

The performer, who just announced her pregnancy, will reportedly be sashaying into the third season of the hit BBC programme.

This comes after her bandmate Jade Thirwall was a success on the first season, making Leigh-Anne the second Little Mixer to appear on the panel.

According to the Daily Star, the mother-to-be is excited about her new role on the show as she’s a big fan.

‘Producers have wanted Leigh-Anne to be a guest judge for a long time, so they were thrilled she was finally able to do it,’ an insider told the publication.

‘Everything was very hush-hush and she wasn’t able to tell many people she was doing it.

‘Leigh-Anne is a massive fan of the show, so she was the perfect guest judge. She was in her element. And, of course, the contestants loved getting to meet her.’

BBC bosses are expected to make an official announcement about Leigh-Anne joining the panel later this year.

After the recent release of the Confetti music video by Little Mix, it comes as no surprise that she’s been chosen to join the show.

In the video, Perrie Edwards, Jade Thirlwall, and Leigh-Anne joined forces with Drag Race UK stars, and gave us drag king realness as they came face-to-face with their male alter-egos, Pez, J-Dog and Lenny.

The trio strutted their stuff in a club as they faced up to themselves in drag while sharing the spotlight with break-out stars of Drag Race UK, Bimini Bon Boulash, Tayce and A’Whora.

We can’t wait to witness the energy Leigh-Anne will bring to the show.

RuPaul’s Drag Race UK series three will air on BBC Three later this year.
