Tony Armatrading dead: Notting Hill star dies aged 60 from cancer as tributes pour in
NOTTING Hill star Tony Armatrading has died aged 60.
The actor passed away this afternoon after battling cancer, a friend confirmed.

Armatrading was best known for his appearances on The Saint, Notting HIll and Now You See Me 2.
Actor and friend Tim Bentinck paid tribute, writing: “Very sad news. My dearest friend Tony Armatrading died of cancer an hour ago.
“I had the privilege of being his best man, and loved him dearly. He was a wonderful actor, and a true friend.”
During his career, Armatrading also starred as Xalek in a string of Star Wars video games, including Star Wars: The Old Republic – Knights of the Fallen Empire.
He made his last acting appearance in TV drama Hawaii Five-O last year.
