With a list price of £222, the drive was previously priced at £185 but is now just £125.

The price is the cheapest the drive has ever been, and the product is compatible with Xbox, Playstation and PC.

Portable SSDs can be used to store games for consoles, like the PS5

The SSD deal means you can get a drive using NVMe technology with read and write speeds of over  1000MB/s.

That should be plenty quick enough for both console and PC use, connected via the drive’s USB-C connection.

Even better, the drive is drop-resistant up to 2m, so should stand up to minor accidents.

Should style matter, the drive comes in four different colours and each of them has the 44% saving.

If you are at pains over which game to delete on your console or computer for more space, this may just be the answer.

You will need to be quick to get the offer though, as the Deal of the Day discount expires at midnight today, May 10.
