Zero deaths in England for first time since last JULY with just four across UK in past 24 hours

NO new Covid deaths were recorded in England in the last 24 hours – the first time the figure has been zero since July.

The whole of the UK logged just four fatalities today, all of which were in Wales.

A total of four coronavirus deaths were logged in the UK today

It is the first time England has recorded no coronavirus deaths in a day since 30 July, 2020, after the first wave of the pandemic.

A total of 127,609 people have now died from the bug in Britain since the start of the pandemic.
