20-time Grand Slam champion Roger Federer will soon step on clay at the Geneva Open 2021. It is a part of his preparations for the upcoming French Open. Moreover, the next two to three months will bring events the Swiss maestro cannot miss.
Most importantly, the 39-year-old awaits winning the Olympic Gold medal in the singles tournament for Switzerland even today. But given the pandemic scare, his participation this year was not an easy decision.

Federer’s comeback in 2021
The Swiss maestro is ready to undertake his clay-court comeback after almost two years. He will face the winner between Jordon Thompson and Pablo Andujar in ATP 250 Geneva Open second round.
Additionally, Federer has also given the green light for playing at French Open this year. It would be his first Grand Slam appearance after the 2020 Australian Open.
