Savvy shoppers show off epic Debenhams closing down sale hauls – including one who bagged £129 shoes for a fiver
SAVVY shoppers flocked to Debenhams today to catch last minute bargains as the department store closed its doors for the last time today.
All week shoppers have been showing off their heavily discounted purchases online.
One savvy shopper nabbed themselves this load of pricey YSL make-up for just six quid[/caption]
One woman was delighted with her find – a pair of black lace up boots from concession Faith originally priced at £129 but now down to just £5.
While another nabbed a Babylis curling set with 80 per cent off at £24 when it previously would have cost £120.
Another woman said: “Went into Debenhams and found this dress didn’t have a sale tag on it. Took it to the checkout £18! Should have been £100!’
Other bargains included a YSL make-up set of four products for just £6.

One woman, who hit up the Debenhams in Meadowhall walked away with £310 worth of homewares and gift sets for £67.
The department store reopened 97 of its stores on April 12 as lockdown restrictions were eased.

The shelves in the department store are usually piled high but today there was little left[/caption]
But the struggling retailer only welcomed back customers in a bid to shift stock before closing its doors for good.
A lot of the stores that would usually be piled high were bare shelved shoppers came to grab a bargain with the last of their stock.
