LeBron James Hits Back at His Trolls and Critics, Former Teammate Leaves a Hilarious Response

LeBron James is arguably one of the most durable players the league has ever seen. Even though he is in his 18th year in the NBA, ‘King James’ has remained one of the top players in the league.

Despite suffering from a rather high ankle sprain, LBJ hasn’t missed a step and is looking like his usual self and has been putting on great all-round performances for the champions, scoring 24 and 25 points in their last two games against the Pacers and Pelicans, respectively.

Over the years, ‘King James‘ has solidified his position as a great all-around player. Be it his defending or his incredible vision in playmaking, the King does it all. But one of his most under-appreciated traits is his incredible scoring.

LeBron James hits back at criticisms over his scoring ability

Often known as a pass-first guy, James has often been excluded from the list of the game’s best scorers ever. But the 36-year-old recently showed why he deserves to be on that list with his latest achievement.

After the completion of the regular season yesterday, Bron averaged 25.0 points, 7.8 assists and 7.7 rebounds per game. This was the 17th consecutive season where Bron averaged more than 25 points per game.

What makes this achievement more astonishing is the fact that the second-best streak in this record was for 12 years which is held by Michael Jordan, Kevin Durant, Kobe Bryant, and Karl Malone.

Bron is certainly aware of the narrative across the media of him not being considered a fantastic scorer, and the 17-time All-Star took a jab at the critics questioning his scoring ability.

One thing is clear; no one throws shade at ‘King James’ because he is always ready to prove the world wrong.

LeBron’s incredible scoring records in the NBA

Bron might not be one of the first players to lead the NBA in scoring, but the 36-year-old has certainly remained consistent for a major part of his career in having an impact on all parts of the court.

Given how durable and effective he has been, Bron has had some incredible records in terms of scoring. He is the leading scorer in playoffs history and is also the third in the total points category only trailing Kareem Abdul Jabbar and Karl Malone.

If the King can remain injury-free and continue his fantastic run in the regular season, there is no doubt that it is only a matter of time that Bron becomes the points leader of the NBA. Do you think LeBron James is a great scorer?
