UFC Heavyweight Derrick Lewis Punches a Guy for Breaking Into His Car

UFC heavyweight Derrick Lewis is not someone you want to mess with. ‘The Black Beast’ is a fan favorite in the UFC because of his quick wit and his jovial attitude towards things. However, people often forget that he is one of the most dangerous men to have ever stepped foot in a UFC octagon and holds the record for the most knockout wins in the UFC (12). 

Lewis recently took to social media to share an unfortunate incident that took place with him. It appears as though someone tried to break into Lewis’ car. However, Lewis was able to fight him off and also landed a few shots going by his social media post. ‘The Black Beast’ posted a photo of his fist with the words ‘satisfaction’ and ‘he’s ok’. 

‘The Black Beast’ also shared a short clip of the assailant being put into a car by the police. Lewis said, “Mother f***er tried to break in my sh*t”. Of all the people in the world that you want to mess with, a UFC heavyweight is not one of them.

Can Derrick Lewis secure a win in the rematch against his foe Francis Ngannou?

Derrick Lewis currently holds a win over heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou. The two men crossed paths at UFC 226. It was hyped as a fight between two of the scariest knockout artists in the UFC and a fight that would most definitely not go the distance. 

The fight, however, did not play out that way. Both men were vary of each other’s power and were extremely cautious in offense. It did not make for an entertaining fight. In a recent press conference, Derrick Lewis stated that he would like to fight Ngannou next for the title. Dana White seems to be on board with the idea as well. 

The fight between the two men will most probably take place in the August PPV as that does not have a main event yet. Lewis will be hoping that he can make it 2-0 against Ngannou and in the process win heavyweight gold. Ngannou will be looking to level the series at one win apiece, and fans will be hoping for a much better display than the first fight.
