GAME is selling PS5 console pre-orders right now in the UK
Just as predicted, GAME has had new stock of the PS5 console in this week and currently has them up for pre-order on its website.
You do have to wonder why, if stock checkers are so accurate about the PlayStation 5, can’t the stores themselves just tell customers when they’ll get more in?
Probably they don’t want their site to fall down from the avalanche of people trying to buy a PlayStation 5, which already happened this week with ShopTo, but once again the predictions were correct and GAME has offered up more consoles for sale today.
To be precise, they’re currently offering pre-orders that have a ‘release date’ of May 28, which is Friday next week. If you want one you better get in quick though as they’re not likely to last long.
Although the standard and Digital Edition consoles are being offered separately there’s also a lot of bundles, from just an extra controller for £509.98 to a £629.96 bundle that also includes a Pulse 3D headset (and a T-shirt and a hat).
The more expensive bundles are probably going to be around for longer, so there is a reasonable chance that they will still be available by the time you read this.
Very is also expected to get more stock this week or next, but although they usually update their site between 9am and 12pm there’s no sign of them at time of writing.
Tesco is also expected to get consoles in this month but while that’s not believed to be a particularly big restock it’s still worth keeping an eye on them.
