Noel Gallagher would be keen to reunite Oasis – but only for a cool £100m

Guilty Pleasures: Noel Gallagher says he'll reform the band for ?100m... but is it possible?

Noel Gallagher has named his price — he says he will reform Oasis for £100million. But he pointed out the music industry couldn’t afford to pay that much, not even with a whip-round.

Last year, warring brother Liam, 48, claimed Oasis had been offered the staggering sum for a kiss-and-make up tour, but claimed it was still not enough for Noel, who he called a ‘greedy soul’.

But his big brother said: ‘There isn’t £100million in the music business between all of us… if anybody wants to offer me £100million now, I’ll say it now, I’ll do it. I’ll do it for £100million. Ludicrous. What is funny though is that I think Liam actually believes it.’

The 53-year-old, now with High Flying Birds, hasn’t hung out with his sibling since they fell out in 2009, and he tells the Jonathan Ross chat show tomorrow that he doesn’t ‘particularly’ miss him.

He said of their heyday: ‘It was all wrapped up in youth and camaraderie. Once that has gone you cannot put that genie back in the bottle. It would just be for showbiz and for a mere paltry £100million.’

Even their mum Peggy has given up hope of her boys calling a truce. ‘Everybody’s moved on,’ Noel said. ‘I talk to my mum every other day and she’s never mentioned it to me once.’

He did have some rare praise for Liam while discussing the upcoming Oasis documentary about their legendary Knebworth gigs in 1996. ‘It’s quite emotional watching it,’ he said.

‘That amount of people, no phones, nothing, the fans in the moment with the band. I can see what all the fuss was about now. You’re so close to it [at the time], I [couldn’t] perceive it like other people. But Liam was at his absolute peak.’

Noel is sad for the TikTok generation. ‘Kids have nothing of their own to buy into and they’re projecting all that on to a couple of 50-year-old fellas. Where’s the new Oasis?’ he asked.

Little Mix, spreading their wings after Jesy

Let’s hope there really are ‘no grudges’… here’s a first look at Little Mix’s new video Heartbreak Anthem.

The girl band originally recorded the track with Jesy Nelson, but decided to edit her out and sing over her lines after she absconded last year.

The tune also features Swedish dance-pop act Galantis and David Guetta, and includes the lyric: ‘And I don’t hold no grudges, promise this ain’t no test. We’re OK. We’re OK. Sometimes it works out but sometimes it don’t. Maybe we’ll fix this or maybe we won’t.’

Jesy’s exit meant the remaining Mixers — Jade Thirlwall, Perrie Edwards and Leigh-Anne Pinnock — were left to shoot these sci-fi burlesque fantasy scenes at Wilton’s Music Hall in London without her.

Fans are watching out for signs of a rift after Jesy, 29, liked Perrie’s recent pregnancy announcement but not Leigh-Anne’s.

Mel B’s daughter ‘distraught’ over her domestic abuse film

Mel B’s former husband claims their daughter has been left so ‘distraught’ by the Spice Girl’s domestic violence awareness campaign she doesn’t want to spend summer with her.

Mel, 45, appears in a gritty short film, called Love Should Not Hurt, as a character in an abusive relationship.

Her ex Stephen Belafonte — who denies her allegations that he was abusive in their marriage — has asked a court to allow nine-year-old Madison to take an extended break from seeing her mother because she was distraught and tearful after seeing the video online.

According to TMZ, the producer has submitted legal documents in which he claimed Madison — who lives with him in Los Angeles — was reduced to tears and told him she doesn’t want to see her mum or fly to the UK to be with her for the summer.

Reps for Scary Spice had ‘no comment’ to make when contacted by Guilty Pleasures over Belafonte’s allegations. Mel also has daughters Phoenix, 22, with first husband Jimmy Gulzar, and Angel, 14, with Eddie Murphy.

The One Where Chandler does cry… and it’s real

Viewers finally witnessed Matthew Perry shed a tear when he became emotional in the trailer for Friends: The Reunion.

It happened after Courteney Cox, 56, who played his on-screen wife Monica, said in the teaser: ‘We became best friends.’ Perry, 51 — whose battles with booze and drugs are well-documented — cracked: ‘Yep, I’m going to cry now.’

In season six, first shown in 2000, Chandler’s friends famously joke that he is repressed. It comes in the episode called The One Where Chandler Can’t Cry.

 ■ Friends fans are raging that James Corden hosts their TV special. One tweeted: ‘James Corden adding the Friends reunion to the list of things he’s ruined with his mere presence.’ Corden, 42, said he felt ‘privileged’ to have been asked to take part.
