Hood: Legends and Outlaws Update 1.3 to Bring In Much-Needed Fixes With Bugs and Matchmaking

Sumo Digital has just announced a new update for Hood: Outlaws & Legends. This latest update will fix some bugs and bring in several matchmaking improvements along with other issues in the multiplayer title.

Update 1.3 will also improve quality of life which will be based on player feedback, as relayed by the game director.

New Update, better opportunities:

A new game mode is already on its way, which will be PvE-focused. This will allow you to group up for heists along with your friend in a co-op mode. With this, a new map named Mountain will be available from mid-June along with a new female hero.

What all is fixed in update 1.3?

Update 1.3 will be released on May 24. From all the classes in the game, Andrew Willans, the game’s director has shared some details on the win rates of the characters. 

• Robin – 48%
• John – 53%
• Tooke – 52%
• Marianne – 49%

The team of developers will review the above data before contemplating if they can tweak the characters along with their individual abilities.

Coming to the issue of matchmaking, Sumo has looked into the long waiting times in lobbies and the developers seem to have found a solution for this issue. Moreover, players will soon also be able to interrupt assassination animations. A mechanism that will allow you to save a teammate.

A much improved experience for Hood: Outlaws and Legends

According to the director of Hood: Outlaws and Legends, conga line assassinations, the FPS cap on PC, a player reporting system, and controller sensitivity will also have a renewed version.

Addressing the community feedback, Willans shared that the matches are structured in such a way that one team always has a chance to steal victory in the last second. Here, a player is likely to finish with more XP, even though your win has been snatched by you.
