Rafael Nadal’s Coach Feels There Is No Difference Between Novak Djokovic and Dominic Thiem

It’s French Open time, and tennis star Rafael Nadal is in the headlines again. Austrian player Dominic Thiem and Serbian star Novak Djokovic are some of the biggest threats he faces at his favorite Grand Slam.

Recently, Nadal‘s coach Francisco Roig spoke on the two athletes who have come close to troubling the Spaniard on clay in many instances in the recent past. He found similarities between the two great players when they play on the clay courts.

Roig believes that while the Austrian player has dipped in form, he will bounce back and can produce successful results at Roland Garros.

“Since he won the US Open, he has dropped a bit, but I’m sure that for Roland Garros, he will be at the necessary level and will be a very tough opponent.”
