How to catch up on SAS Who Dares wins and how many series there have been?
Channel 4’s SAS: Who Dares Wins continues tonight (Sunday, May 23), with the remaining recruits facing another series of grueling endurance tasks.
The sixth series of the show has seen more recruits pushed to the absolute limit – and one contestant told Metro.co.uk just how much harder it is than viewers at home might realise.
This series will be the last fronted by Ant Middleton who quit after saying on a podcast that the UK felt ‘too PC’ for him.
As the final series with Middleton continues, let’s look back at how long the show has been on for, will it be back again, and how can you catch up on every nail-biting episode?
How long has SAS: Who Dares Wins been running?
The show started in 2015, and back then only men were involved.
Two more series followed, again keeping it men only just like the real special forces.

After the SAS changed their guidelines to allow women, however, it was decided that women would be allowed to take part, and they did in 2019.
This current series also saw another first, with the first trans contestant taking part.
However, viewers were gutted when Holly dropped out after pushing herself to her very limits.
‘My mental strength might be good, but physically I’m not up to the job,’ she admitted as she handed over her armband – a signal that a contestant is choosing to leave.
Ant Middleton consoled her by responding: ‘You should be proud of where you got to.’
How to watch old episodes of SAS: Who Dares Wins
You can watch the previous seasons on Channel 4’s All 4 service.
It’s completely free to watch if you have a TV license, but you will need an All 4 login.
Brace yourselves for those gnarly interrogations.
SAS: Who Dares Wins continues Sundays at 9pm on Channel 4.
