The 1997-98 trading card features a patch from Jordan’s All-Star game jersey from 1992 along with MJ’s signature. This was certainly one of the most iconic All-Star games in NBA history as this was Magic’s last game in the league before his first retirement.

Launched during the 97-98 season, this card has only 23 copies, making it one of the rarest Jordan trading cards ever. According to the listing, the card is “easily the most significant Michael Jordan trading card ever produced.”

With the hefty price tag of $2.1 million, this trading card has officially become the costliest MJ memorabilia, surpassing a Jordan-worn Tar Heels jersey sold for a whopping $1.38 million.
