Ultimate thirst trap Channing Tatum shares nude selfie and we need to sit down
If Channing Tatum wanted our attention he’s going the right way of getting it, as the man posted the ultimate thirst trap with a flexing, totally nude shot himself.
We get it, Tatum, you didn’t lose your six-pack over lockdown. Good for you.
The star gave a very eye-opening look at his latest role and the prep that goes into getting him onto set as he shared a selfie from his trailer this week on The Lost City of D lot.
Side note: we’re trying really, really hard not to crack a joke about a lost D, here.
Completely nude, Channing rather helpfully placed a monkey emoji over his bits in an attempt to make this social media-friendly, as a helpful crew member, with the world’s worst job, waited to get to work.
Channing hinted there were some explicit scenes due to be filmed, as he wrote: ‘You know when you in the make-up trailer a**hole naked holding a towel over your junk you about to do some sh*t on set that you gonna have to prepare ya mama for before she see the movie.’
He added: ‘And yes I’m flexing so hard I got a cramp.’
The fans were very thankful for such a social media offering as they reacted to the X-rated snap, with one musing: ‘Channing Tatum posting a thirst trap? Yes, I am here for it.’
One may have got the day wrong, but the sentiment was very much present as they added on Twitter: ‘Anyone saw Channing Tatum’s latest IG story? That man is giving us exactly what we need on this chaotic Sunday. Abs, hotness, nudity and a whole lot of wit! God bless you Mr Tatum.’
This frankly offensive level of fit may be down to Channing’s recent admission that his motivation to go hard in the gym (for lack of a better word) is due to him being naked in so many films.
Case in point this week, we suppose.
The Magic Mike star was a guest on a recent episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show when he took the chance to applauded Meg Boggs, a woman who inspires others through her journey to weight loss and self-love in the book, Fitness for Every Body.
Recalling the reason why he is always working out, the 41-year-old star told Kelly: ‘As someone who works out for a job, I promise you I would not look like this unless I had to be naked in most of my movies mostly.
‘At some point I have to get better at acting so I don’t have to be naked in all of them.’
