ONE of Britain’s worst paedos who posed as a teen to abuse 96 kids and target 5,000 others could have his sentence increased today.

The monster then blackmailed his victims into sending more extreme footage – including some forced to abuse younger siblings or friends.
He was caged for 25 years in February after pleading guilty to 96 counts of child sexual abuse on 51 victims at Ipswich Crown Court.
But the National Crime Agency (NCA) said up to 500 boys sent material to him with more than 5,000 children approached globally by the fiend.
Wilson’s sentence was referred by the Attorney General’s Office (AGO) under the unduly lenient sentence scheme.
Judges at the Court of Appeal will today decide whether to increase the monster’s jail term.

At his sentencing, Judge Rupert Overbury described him as a “serial paedophile” and an “extremely dangerous individual”.
He told him: “You carried out a lengthy and premeditated campaign of sadistic and manipulative abuse of young boys using social media.
“Any decent human being will be astonished at the level of depravity involved.”
The judge added: “You demonstrated a complete and utter disregard for every child you manipulated irrespective of their age.
“There was a sadistic element to your offending including blackmail and a relentless targeting of vulnerable children who often pleaded for mercy.”
SICKENING ABUSE
The court was told Wilson posed as a teenage girl while creating a string of fake social media identities to contact his victims online.
Using unregistered phones, he sent sexual images of young women from the internet in exchange for the boys sending him videos and images of themselves.
The beast then duped his victims into trusting him before asking them to send depraved footage.
One boy told how he was just 11 when he was targeted by Wilson pretending to be a schoolgirl.
He said he was approached in a “normal” way by the girl so he struck up a conversation with her.
But over the time the account “began to threaten and harass” him.
The boy said: “As I was scared telling them to leave me alone constantly, he asked me to send indecent images in exchange to leave.
“As an 11-year-old kid, you just want them to go, so I did.”
FOUR-YEAR REIGN OF TERROR
Several other children revealed they considered suicide after being abused by Wilson between May 2016 and April 2020.
The monster was arrested in August 2017 after Facebook uncovered 20 accounts of young boys, who had sent indecent images of themselves to an account claiming to belong to a 13-year-old girl.
But shockingly he was bailed to continue his sadistic abuse for another three years after using sophisticated technology to hide his crimes.
It was only when the NCA had the case referred to them that Wilson’s reign of terror was finally brought to an end.
The agency managed to uncover key evidence – including IP addresses linked to the labourer’s home and a web of fake profiles.
Wilson later admitted a harrowing list of sex offences such as causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity, causing a child to watch a sexual act, and arranging or facilitating the sexual exploitation of a child.
He also pleaded guilty to making unwarranted demands for indecent images of a child with menace, threatening to post an indecent image on social media if they did not comply.

He said: “He was able to gain the boys’ trust and exploit their use of social media using well-practised techniques to convince them he was genuinely a young female who was interested in them.
“He then manipulated or forced them to send images of themselves or other children which he craved.”
