Tyson Fury Sends a Painful Reminder to Deontay Wilder

The WBC heavyweight champion, Tyson Fury is all set to confront his nemesis, Deontay Wilder in a trilogy. It is reported that the pair have signed their contracts to face each other on July 24. However, there has been no official confirmation revealed from either side. Despite that, the champ Fury has begun his mental warfare with Wilder.

‘The Gypsy King’ recently took it to his official Twitter handle to remind ‘The Bronze Bomber’ about the dreadful outing he had last time.

Fury wrote, “Please don’t forget the beat down I gave you last time chump @BronzeBomber.”

Fury and Wilder touched gloves with each other back in February 2020. Prior to this rematch, the duo met each other in 2018 and rolled out a spine-chilling show for the fans. However, that bout ended in a tragic draw, thus aligning the two of them to face each other in the future.

As a result, the pair boxed in a rematch, which turned out to be a one-sided affair. Here, the Brit smothered the Alabama native and claimed the WBC belt.

Right from the first second of this rematch, nothing went in Wilder’s favor. After being knocked down multiple times, he suffered a brutal T/KO loss in round 7. With that, Fury is now optimistic about taking Wilder on in a trilogy.

He will walk into this fight with supreme confidence and look forward to producing the same results.

Tyson Fury vs Deontay Wilder – will the Brit’s mental game affect the ex-champ?

‘The Gypsy King’ is one of the best trash talkers in the fight universe. Prior to facing his opponents inside the ring, Fury enjoys getting into his opponent’s head by every means.

That said, in his first two fights with Wilder, the Brit followed the same tactic and attained vast success. Moreover, with his fresh Twitter post on Wilder, it seems Fury won’t spare the Alabama native this time too.

Moving forward, it’ll be interesting to see how Wilder reacts to these comments. How excited are you to see Fury vs Wilder 3?
