Gemma Collins appears to be on mend after falling seriously ill recently, sharing a relaxed moment of herself sipping some bubbles in the sunshine as she continues to recover.

She looked a lot better having told fans she was ‘very poorly’ earlier this week and gathered enough strength to enjoy a nice drink which she put up on her Instagram Story.

Gemma, wearing large sunglasses and her blonde swept back into a ponytail, posed with a glass of fizz outdoors at what appeared to be a restaurant as other tables and diners could be seen spaced out just behind her.

The GC had a satisfied look on her face as she raised the glass to her lips, revealing her neon coloured manicured nails.

Her cheerful photo came as she spoke about getting ‘energy back’, hinting that something exciting is coming her way. The pic showed the Towie star posing in a field smiling with her eyes closed, in a matching T-shirt and leggings.

‘ENERGY BACK 💫🌟💫🌟💫⚡️☀️🌈 I asked you answered UNIVERSE THANKYOU 💫💫⭐️☄️💥☄️💥☄️💥,’ Gem wrote alongside the photo.

The reality TV star hasn’t revealed any details of her illness but had to be hooked up to a drip at home by a private nurse with her dad Alan, who was hospitalised with Covid-19 earlier this year, looking after her.

Gemma wrote: ‘Sorry been quiet guys I have been very poorly but I am feeling like I am back on the mend.’

After thanking her nurse in a further snap she ended on a positive note, saying: ‘Thank goodness I finally feel like I can get back to normal.’

The Dancing On Ice star also revealed a make-up free selfie writing she was ‘slowly getting there’ with her recovery.
