Cameos That You Might Have Missed From the Stadium Stampede Match at AEW Double or Nothing
Cameos by celebrities from the non-wrestling world are nothing new. Ever since the times of “Stone Cold” Steve Austin and before, celebrities have been making small appearances in the world of wrestling. AEW is no different, and the proof was there this Sunday at Double or Nothing.
Urban Meyer and Charlie Strong get in on the AEW action
Head coach of Jacksonville Jaguars of the National Football League Urban Meyer and assistant head coach Charlie Strong made cameo appearances at AEW’s Double or Nothing.
The event was held at Daily’s Place in Jacksonville, and the venue is connected to the Jaguars’ practice facility. This could be an explanation why both coaches were in such concurrence of the fight. AEW shared the segment via a tweet.

In the clip, we see Chris Jericho and MJF battling each other one-on-one in the Stadium Stampede match. The fight somehow ended up in an office where Meyer and Strong were already present. Undoubtedly bewildered at the sight, both coaches had no idea what to do.
As the fight continued, Charlie Strong tossed footballs to ‘Le Champion‘, who used them to bombard the Pinnacle’s MJF. Jericho was no Tom Brady, but to be fair, the shots were pretty accurate.
As if the footballs weren’t enough, Jericho also used Meyer’s laptop as a weapon. We sincerely hope the laptop was still within its warranty period.
The fans were pleasantly surprised to see both coaches getting in on the action.

The Inner Circle vs The Pinnacle feud continues
The feud between the two AEW factions has been ongoing for months now. Both factions last met each other at the Blood and Guts PPV before this Sunday at Double or Nothing.
Even though the match was pretty good to watch, regrettably for AEW, the ending of the match was the most talked-about part. Jericho’s fall from the top of the cage was a botch, and the fans would not let it slide so easily. The fans could not stop laughing at the botch.
Some fans were asking why the wrestlers had to go out of the cage in the first place, as the cage had a ceiling for a reason. But we seriously cannot blame the wrestlers, as it most probably wasn’t their call.
The rematch on Sunday was everything the fans wanted to see, and all the wrestlers delivered and them some more. Is this the end of the feud?
