Horse racing tips TODAY: Templegate – Britain’s best Nap tipster – fancies Redcar runner who we haven’t seen best of yet

TEMPLEGATE has been in sensational form lately and looks to keep it going into a Bank Holiday bonanza of racing.

Read on below for his top picks for Monday’s action.

FAYLAQ (4.40 Redcar, nap)

We haven’t seen the best of William Haggas’s hope lately but he’s got more than enough ability for this big-field handicap.

He returned to turf for the first time in over a year at Ripon last month where he was a solid second in a muddling race. He will come on for that.

MOONLIT NIGHT (1.10 Leicester, nb)

He makes her handicap debut after three quiet maiden runs. Her opening mark could be lenient as she’s bred to be way above this level. Trainer Sir Michael Stoute is in good form too.

SANDS CHORUS (5.50 Redcar, treble)

He was a good third off this mark at Ayr last time. Tom Eaves takes over and he has a good record when riding for Karen Tutty.

Has dropped right down the weights and likes this trip.

Went close at Exeter and right in the battle again.

Interesting back on the Flat in this lowly grade.

Won at Redcar and good second at Ripon last time out.

Plenty in hand when winning at Doncaster latest.

Ran on well when third at Windsor on debut last time out.

Battled nicely to score here on latest start.

Solid third and has run well at this course in the past.

Looking for a fourth course and distance win.

Prolific over C&D including when winning last time out.
