AARON RAMSEY is planning for a fresh start under Max Allegri at Juventus.

The ex-Arsenal midfielder, 30, has had a frustrating injury-hit two seasons in Italy.

Ramsey had been linked with a host of Premier League clubs this summer due to his mixed form and fitness issues.

But when asked if Ramsey is staying put in Turin, the Welshman replied: “Yes, I’m a Juventus player.”

Ramsey was signed by then Juve boss Maurizio Sarri on a free transfer in 2019 and also played for Andrea Pirlo last term.

Now Rambo will have a third boss at the Serie A giants after Allegri replaced Pirlo last month.

Ramsey, who is preparing for Euro 2020 with Wales, has played just one of the last 11 internationals due to injury.

He added: “It’s been a very frustrating period for me over the last couple of years.

“I have picked up a few small niggly injuries which have been frustrating and I have not been able to get any consistency going.

“When you arrive at a new club and you want to hit the ground running and show everyone what you are capable of doing consistently, it’s going to be difficult when you have these sorts of little injuries that set you back a couple of weeks.

“It makes it very interrupted. And to chuck in Covid which hasn’t helped.”
