Olivia Rodrigo has given fans the chance to snap up some of her old clothes – and the items won’t break the bank.

As well as giving her followers the chance to bag a bargain, the Drivers License singer, 18, is donating all the profits from her items to charity too.

While all her items are currently sold out on Depop– understandably – Olivia has more to come on June 8, but it looks like it will be fastest finger first to get hold of items from her personal wardrobe.

Among the items she has already sold are a pair of Nike Air Max trainers for $45 (£32) which she wore in her video for Good 4 U, whereas a brand new pair would set you back about £80, and that’s without the added celebrity clout.

As well as clothing, Olivia has also sold props from her music videos including a diary and feathers seen in the video for Déjà Vu and a scented candle from Good 4 U.

With items starting as low as $10 (£7), there’s something affordable for everyone – providing you can get in there quick enough to snap them up before someone else does.

Olivia told fans on her Instagram story: ‘My Depop shop just launched. You can check it out to shop the pieces that I wore in the ‘good 4 u’ music video and the ‘deja vu’ music video and some pieces from my own closet. I really hope you enjoy.’

She has so far made $455 (£320) from the 18 items she has listed, all of which have sold out.

Olivia also admitted that finding fame as a musician amid the coronavirus pandemic was a ‘blessing in disguise’ as she was able to spend the time with her family rather than being pulled to endless appointments and events.

She explained to the BBC: ‘It helped me keep my sanity when there was so much drama going on. Being in isolation with people I loved and cared about kept me out of the hullabaloo.

‘Had I been going to press junkets, and performing on late night [TV], I wouldn’t have had the confidence in writing the record that I did.’

Olivia also revealed that despite writing a killer break-up ballad, she is in a much happier place: ‘Oh gosh, I am so much happier than I was when I wrote all of those songs!

‘But it’s also really cool that I made something out of those feelings. And now I get to look back at them and be like, “Ha-ha! I didn’t know anything!”’
