Former WWE Superstar Andrade Makes Shocking Debut on AEW Dynamite

Former WWE Superstar Andrade made his shocking AEW Debut on Friday Night Dynamite today. The Mexican superstar has made his debut as Andrade El Idolo and it seems like it will be his patent ring name going forward.

Andrade El Idolo didn’t come alone. Veteran wrestling manager Vickie Guerrero seems to be his manager in AEW. Now this association is something no one saw coming, but now that it has, we’re completely down for it!

Vickie Guerrero introduces AEW to Andrade El Idolo

Vickie Guerrero interrupted a segment between Mark Henry and Tony Schiavone. She got into the ring to loud boos and immediately asked both men to leave the ring. She then proceeded to reveal why she was out there. And trust us, this was very unexpected.

Vickie said, “Tonight, I’m here to introduce to you a man who has won Championships around the world. And is a third-generation wrestler. Please welcome, Andrade El Idolo!”

Andrade then walked out to the stage and made his way to ring looking absolutely dapper in his greenish tint suit. He greeted Vickie and thanked her for that introduction. The former NXT Champion wasn’t there for fun. He came to make a statement and he did!

El Idolo put everyone on the AEW roster on notice with his strong words. He said, “See, I am the face of Latinos. But today I’m saying, (removes shades) I will be the new face of All Elite Wrestling.” Andrade soaked in the moment, and then left the ring. However, we still have the goosebumps because of his debut.

This bold statement from Andrade shouldn’t be taken lightly at all. We all know what ‘La Sombra’ brings to the table. Hence, it’s a no brainer that he could very well be the face of AEW. A name and title currently held by AEW World Champion Kenny Omega.

If Andrade truly wants to be the face of AEW, then he must square off against ‘The Belt Collector.’ Yes yes, we know the two will face at TripleMania later this year. But hey, that’s not an AEW event or PPV. Let’s see what happens in AEW as Andrade ascertains his dominance on the company.
