Maria Sharapova Takes Indirect Shot at American Streaming Platform While Watching Rafael Nadal Vs Jannik Sinner

World N0.3 Rafael Nadal is currently playing against Jannik Sinner in the fourth round of the French Open 2021. He is dominating the match at the moment as he is leading by over two sets. Fans surely don’t want to miss any of the matches, especially when the ‘King of Clay’ is playing at his favorite place.

In a recent tweet, Maria Sharapova showed her love for the matches of Rafael Nadal. Just like many of his fans, she too is witnessing some top-quality tennis from the Spaniard. The reason for her happiness is a little more this time as it is not the Peacock TV that is telecasting his match live in the United States.

“Thankful I didn’t have to subscribe to Peacock for this one,” wrote Sharapova in the tweet.

Peacock TV is actually one of the official broadcasters of Roland Garros 2021. However, many fans have complained that its network is unstable across the United States of America. Many of them even claimed that it doesn’t even show the on-court interviews after the match.

In a situation like this, Sharapova is surely lucky as she is enjoying Rafa’s match without any sort of interruption. It is intriguing that even after retirement, the 5-time Grand Slam winner has an immense interest in the sport.

Can Rafael Nadal win his 14th French Open title this year?

Even though Rafa has got a tough draw this year at the French Open 2021, he is playing really well at the tournament so far. He is yet to lose a set and is currently on a 31-match winning streak at Roland Garros.

If Rafa manages to battle past Sinner, he’ll meet Diego Schwartzman in the quarters. Diego defeated him on clay last year and can prove to be a threat to him this year as well. If he beats him, he’ll most probably be up against Novak Djokovic in the semis, which again will be a challenging match for him.

Even though there are a lot of obstacles, Rafael Nadal is still the favorite to win the French Open 2021 title. Fans have huge expectations from him and want him to win the tournament yet again. Will Rafa be able to lift his 21st Grand Slam title in Paris this year?
