Shakur Stevenson Hits Back at Critics, Says “I Know My Capabilities”

Among all the astonishing young guns of boxing, Shakur Stevenson has made a place of his own. His prolific skill sets, ring IQ, and overall ability to tackle his opponents separates him from the rest. This is predominantly why he’s attracted mammoth attention and fame in the initial bouts of his boxing career.

But with the colossal fame, there comes a lot of criticism too, regardless of the achievements. And Stevenson fairly knows how to handle the same.

In his recent interaction with Top Rank Boxing, he said, “People think that when I say certain stuff like that, I’m just saying it. But I mean every bit of it. Like I know my capabilities, I’ve been in the ring with the best of the best.”
