“They Woke Up a Fu***ng Monster” – Deontay Wilder’s Trainer Issues a Fiery Warning to Tyson Fury’s Team

In February 2020, the highly intimidating Deontay Wilder suffered a lopsided loss to his arch-rival, Tyson Fury, in their second contest. After a thrilling draw in their first fight, this rematch captured the attention of hardcore boxing fans all over the world.

Ahead of that, Wilder’s trainer, Malik Scott, chatted with PBC and issued a staggering warning to Fury and his team. “The minute he took that loss, three hours later he was so upset that he began to put the plan in place for everything that’s going on now… I believe that loss, it’s one of the best things that ever happened to Deontay because they woke up a fu***ng monster.” he said.

In the rematch with ‘The Gypsy King’, nothing went in Wilder’s favor. Moreover, he failed to land his monstrous right hands and suffered extensive strikes throughout the bout.
