A MUM has blasted Marks & Spencer for refusing to print a cheeky message on her daughter’s 18th birthday cake.
Donna Patrick wanted the jokey words: “I’m glad you were the strongest sperm.”

Days after ordering the £35 sponge cake, the 39-year-old hospitality worker got a call telling her that was against “rules and regulations”.
Donna, from Pulborough, West Sussex, said daughter Elice would have found it hilarious.
She added: “M&S have lost their sense of humour.
“If I’d sworn I would get it, or if it was completely offensive.”

Donna had to change the message to the mundane: “Happy 18th birthday.”
After posting on social media, Donna received more than 100 comments including one hailing her “spunky attitude”.
M&S was contacted for comment.
