Katie Price hits back at liposuction claims after jetting away with Carl Woods
Katie Price has hit out at speculation she jetted to Turkey to undergo liposuction today.
The mum-of-five shared snaps as she posed at the airport with fiancé Carl Woods yesterday, before their trip – with the destination currently on the Government’s red list.
According to reports, the 43-year-old has travelled to the country to undergo liposuction – as well as a string of other operations on her figure.
The Sun states she will also be going under the knife at the Mono Cosmetic Surgery clinic for a brow and face lift and new teeth, which is thought to set her back more than £12,000.
Her spokesperson reportedly told the publication that her procedure date is ‘expected to be today’.
However, Katie was having none of the speculation, addressing the claims on her Instagram story.
‘So I’m sorry but this story is wrong,’ she told followers.
‘I haven’t had surgery today and I’m not at Monosurgery and NOBODY knows where I am or what I’m doing and when I do do anything and what it will be revealed on my [YouTube channel].’
Katie opened up about her plans to go under the knife recently, explaining that she wasn’t ‘happy’ with how she looks at the moment, and her desire to lose weight before beginning her IVF journey.
During an appearance on Steph’s Packed Lunch, she told the host: ‘I have tried so much to lose weight, obviously we want a baby and we’re doing IVF.
‘I just want to shift some weight before we do it so I am going to have surgery.’
When Steph insisted that she’s ‘not big’, the star replied: ‘For me I am. I’m normally 54kg [8.5 stone] and now I’m about 68kg [10.7 stone] and that is a lot for me.
‘I notice it in my clothes and just for myself, I’m just going to have to do it quick, just get it sucked out.’
Katie has been an open book about her relationship with surgery over the years, having had her first breast enlargement in 1998.
Since then, she has undergone 12 boob jobs, as well as liposuction, a face lift and a Brazilian bum lift.
Her latest operations come after she shared her hopes at having two children with Carl, making her a mum of seven.
Despite not being pregnant yet, the couple – who started dating last summer – already have a name in mind for their little one.
Katie told The Sun: ‘We’re going to call the baby Miracle. I’m doing this for my mum. She told me to have IVF so she can see us have kids.
‘It will break my heart if she can’t.’
