Katie Price will go under the knife TODAY at Turkey clinic where mum-of-three died after lipo op
KATIE Price will be going under the knife today in Turkey – at the same clinic where a mum-of-three tragically died following a liposuction operation.
Abimbola Ajoke Bamgbose, a 38-year-old social worker from Dartford, Kent, died in August of last year after buying the £5,000 overseas package deal with Mono Cosmetic Surgery.

Today, mum-of-five Katie will be getting full body liposuction, a brow and face lift AND new teeth – which will set her back over £12k.
She was seen jetting to Turkey yesterday, which is currently on the red list for travel, alongside Carl Woods.
Katie has insisted she needed the lipo in order to lose weight before having IVF in a bid to have her sixth child.
Katie’s rep tells The Sun: “The surgery date is today.”
She has chosen Mono Cosmetic Surgery to undergo her latest round of surgery – just months after the news of mum-of-three Abimbola’s death.
During a hearing in January, Abimola’s husband Moyosore Olowo said his wife underwent liposuction and a butt lift because she was fed up with people asking if she was pregnant.
The inquest heard that a post-mortem examination found that Mrs Bamgbose suffered perforations to the bowel.
Her cause of death was given as peritonitis – inflammation of the inner abdominal wall – with multiple organ failure as a complication of liposuction surgery.
The hearing was told that such perforations were a rare complication in the UK, with about three to five cases in the past decade, but that it might be more common abroad.
Katie meanwhile has discussed her decision to have lipo – saying it really is the only way for her shed the two stone she gained since breaking both her feet last summer.

She confessed: “I have tried so much to lose weight, obviously we want a baby and we’re doing IVF.
“I just want to shift some weight before we do it so I am going to have surgery.”
Explaining her latest surgery, Katie’s rep said: “After overcoming her horrific injuries – two broken feet and subsequent extensive surgery to fix them – Katie has opted for a procedure she deems a mental ‘pick me up’.
“She is not addicted to surgery and will be upset if anyone takes this stance.
