Stacey Solomon’s new BBC show Sort Your Life Out has landed a second series – before the first has even aired

STACEY Solomon’s new BBC show Sort Your Life Out has landed a second series – before the first has even aired.

The phenomenal success of the show’s pilot in April left BBC big-wigs ordering more of the new show which will air later this year.

Stacey, 31, saw the first series commissioned and announced in March with the BBC ordering six hour long episodes of the organising show.

But thanks to Stacey’s early success and huge popularity insiders said bosses are asking for more.

A source said: “Stacey’s pilot for Sort Your Life Out was a huge success and very well received.

“She is absolutely perfect on screen and is really relatable to so many people.

“Sort Your Life Out helps people declutter their lives, it’s not just a show about organisation and being tidy. It’s emotional and takes families on a real journey, as well as giving viewers handy hints and tips.

“After the top bosses at the BBC saw the pilot in April and were so impressed at how well it went down, they said they would want a second series – even though the first hasn’t aired.

“It’s a huge confidence boost for Stacey as it’s the biggest compliment you could ever get in telly.

“Fans who will be tuning in to the first series shouldn’t have to wait too long for a second hopefully.”

Stacey’s tap-to-tidy trend on Instagram boosted her popularity even more and she’s now one of the UK’s favourite household names.

And while her career is going from strength to strength, so is her home life.

Earlier this month, Stacey announced she was expecting her second child with Joe Swash, 39.

The pair already have a son, Rex, two, together, along with Stacey’s two boys, Zachary and Leighton from a previous relationship and Joe’s son Harry.

Stacey said had been trying for another child with Joe for a long time and didn’t think they would fall pregnant again.

Announcing the news on Instagram, Stacey added: “We decided we were so lucky already to have our boys,” she added.

It is our biggest privilege in life and we are so grateful to be parents so we stopped trying and counted ourselves so, so, so blessed already.”

The pair were then overjoyed to discover they were expecting another member of the family.
