Samoa Joe Returns to WWE NXT as William Regal’s Enforcer⁩

The wrestling gods have heard the plea of wrestling fans as Samoa Joe returned to WWE during this week’s edition of WWE NXT. Ever since William Regal said it was time for a change, fans wondered who would take his spot. Now, we finally know no one is taking his spot.

William Regal kicked off this week’s edition of NXT to address the Universe about his future. He talked in detail how much e’s loved to be a part of NXT, all the way from being on commentary to becoming the General Manager. However, he added that he now feels things aren’t in his control anymore.

NXT Champion Karrion Kross interrupted Mr. Regal and made his way to the ring. He belittled Regal and said that he realized he doesn’t have control over the NXT roster anymore when Kross told him a couple of weeks ago. ‘The Herald of Doomsday’ continued to talk trash to Mr. Regal until Samoa Joe’s music hit!

Samoa Joe came out to the ring to a thunderous ovation inside the Capitol Wrestling Center. Mr. Regal pitched him to be the new GM of NXT. However, Joe instantly declined.

The former NXT Champion put William Regal over. He said he’s done so much for the black and gold brand that those are too large shoes to fill. Although he declined to take Mr. Regal’s spot, he gave him an even better offer. Joe proposed to be there to make sure no one disrespects Mr. Regal again.

The NXT General Manager happily obliged. However, he put forward two conditions on Joe. One, Joe would be a non-wrestling competitor. And two, he shouldn’t lay his hands on anyone, unless provoked!

Joe accepted the conditions and instantly got into Karrion Kross’ face and said, “Mr. Regal I accept your offer, which only leaves one more question to be answered; what are you still doing in this ring? Tick Tock, young champion.”

Later in the show, we also saw what Samoa Joe will bring to the table. He choked out Adam Cole with a coquina clutch after the latter pushed him while brawling with Kyle O’Reilly backstage. All we can say is Joe is here and he means business!
