Coronation Street fans stunned by Kimberly Hart-Simpson’s dramatic new look

CORONATION Street’s Kimberly Hart-Simpson shocked fans with a dramatic new look.

The 34-year-old actress, who was Nicky Wheatley in the soap, has swapped her blonde hair for brunette after leaving the soap.

She posted a snap of herself on Instagram with one arm on the window sill writing: “Looking like a front cover of a new documentary ‘Window-silly’.”

One fan told her: “Wow brown hair 🔥 you look amazing” while another branded the look “stunning”.

The actress, who has also starred in Hollyoaks, joined Corrie last summer but was writen out, with the door left open for her to return.

She said at the time that she would “give my left tit to go back, quite frankly” and went on to star in this year’s Celebs Go Dating.

Today the star shared a picture of her on the set of Corrie one year to the day since she joined.

She wrote: “Exactly a year since the first Corrie Epps aired. It’s been a right mad one. I cried outside Rita’s gaff flannel acting.

“Wore a right nice blue cardi. Went on @celebsgodating and then became best mates with @waynelineker.

The actress spoke about her time with Wayne Lineker on Celebs Go Dating[/caption]


“Some would say I have peaked too soon. I would like to think it’s only just begun. I am grateful for this journey. The highs, the lows and the in-betweens.”

She earlier posed with Corrie’s Rob Mallard saying of the Daniel Osbourne star: “A year on since our first epp in Corrie and I cannot tell you how much love I have for him.

“I knew I would love my time there but it was made all the better when lifelong friendships form. ❤.”
