Jeremy Clarkson fans have demanded a second series of Clarkson’s Farm as the presenter thanked them for their support.
The docuseries sees Jezza abandoning his glamorous life in London in favour of running a 1,000 acre farm in the Cotswolds.
The first instalment of the show recently premiered on Amazon Prime to great success, with Jeremy himself shocked by the reaction it has received from viewers.
Taking to Twitter, the 61-year-old wrote: ‘I’m genuinely amazed at the response to Clarkson’s Farm.
‘Thank you all so much for your kind words.’
In response, fans have requested that a follow up season is commissioned, with one writing: ‘You rock mate. I was in tears in some scenes. Please do a Season 2, 3, 4, and on.’
Another chimed in: ‘Please can we have season 2? Or a Kaleb spin off show please?’
‘I’d like a second season please,’ another fan also enquired.
Jeremy previously revealed that he is the ‘happiest he has been at work in a long time’ after he filmed the show.
Speaking at the Amazon Prime Video launch event, The Grand Tour host enthused that he ‘loved every second of it’.
He said it was ‘the happiest I have been at work for a very long time’, adding: ‘I was stuck on a 1,000 acre farm in the Cotswolds and it was heaven.
‘It was absolutely heavenly, I loved every single second of it.’
Speaking about his experiences since taking over the running of the farm in 2019, he explained: ‘I woke up every morning at six o’clock and just thought, “I can’t wait to get back out there on my tractor and do a crop walk or spot all the little diseases that wheat has or barley has.”
‘It was just so different to what I normally do, and we were made key workers, which if I’d been driving round corners while shouting, which is what I have done for the last 30 years, I wouldn’t have been made a key worker, but I was because I was providing food.’
Clarkson’s Farm is available to stream on Amazon Prime Video.
