Fortnite: Players Stoked as Game Announces Cosmic Party for Next Week at Believer Beach

As the theme of this new season of Fortnite is space, it should come as no surprise that a space-themed party is right around the corner. The Cosmic Summer Celebration event will start next week, on June 22 at 9 AM ET. And the location for the Cosmic Party is Believer Beach.

Not completely unexpected, this Cosmic Party can be seen in the trailer for the ongoing season. The relevant part of the trailer shows a crowd partying when a UFO appears overhead and casts a shadow on them.

Fortnite Cosmic Party – all there is to know

This won’t be the first party Fortnite players have seen within the game, and it certainly won’t be the last. But this party will surely be nothing like anything Fortnite players have ever experienced before.

The hints were planted all across the map. The cryptic circle with the nodes and the rune markings from the first chapter. Anyone who hasn’t played Fortnite recently will be in for quite the shock as Believer Beach, previously known as Sweaty Sands, bears strange markings in the sand.

If there is one thing these foreign markings point towards, it’s an alien invasion. Everyone who watched the trailer knew this season would get aliens involved. But no one was exactly sure how. Now that the Cosmic Party is on the horizon, everyone has the answer to their question.

Not much else is known about the event at the moment.

A lot more is also in store for players as the Thanos Cup is also set to begin next week. Unfortunately, the chances that the two events will have anything to do with each other is unlikely.

The Thanos Cup is a tournament players will get to participate in for the chance to win Thanos’ infamous outfit and the Infinity Gauntlet Back Bling. Those who fall short of reaching the top regional positions will also get something out of it—a Thanos watch!

With a slew of otherworldly content rapidly approaching the game, players hold their breath in anticipation.
