‘It’s All One City’: Clippers Coach Tyronn Lue Roots For LA Fan Support After Lakers’ Season Exit

LA Clippers have proved their critics wrong with a knockout performance against the Utah Jazz, closing the series 4-2. It’s a historic win for coach Tyronn Lue who had a strategic finish despite the absence of key player Kawhi Leonard.

Clippers were down by 0-2 in the series and ever since four consecutive victories turned around the course of the series. With a sound comeback to eliminate West’s top spot, the Clippers advanced to their first-ever conference finals in franchise history.

Clippers made a phenomenal series comeback

Terence Mann was the crumbling force of Game 6 with 71.4% shooting from the field. It was a night set up by the young man alongside star Paul George‘s 28 points. With a tremendous win on the lines, Tyronn Lue is the man of the moment. Clippers stepped out without Kawhi and nobody felt his absence until the end of the game.

Well, the Clippers have saved the day for the LA fans as their defending champions have been long eliminated from the title race. The city has still some hope left and the Clippers’ coach Tyronn Lue is rooting for them.

Have LA fans got Clippers’ backs?

For years together, Los Angeles City has been a thorough supporter of the Lakers with great legends playing for the franchise. But this time around, the game has changed. LeBron James and his army has been defeated. Their second consecutive title run was LA’s dream but Devin Booker’s Phoenix Suns crushed it to pieces. Well, how about another title from LA itself?

Now, Tyronn’s team is heading close to the trophy, and it’s time for celebration. Tyronn Lue mentioned it after the match, “Once the Lakers are gone, you should be cheering for the Clippers because it’s all one city.”

LA has always been shrewd in its support to the Clippers as compared to the Lakers franchise. Well, this time Clippers gave a phenomenal turnaround series for the cheers to come in. They are locking horns with Phoenix Suns for the conference finals. Will it be the same for LA?
