NXT Champion Karrion Kross Reportedly on the “Fast Track” to WWE’s Main Roster

NXT is the brand in WWE that showcases some of the best stars that could potentially be the future of WWE. Only the best make the most of the opportunity and WWE has found world champions in this venture. While most of the roster is expected to make it big on Raw and SmackDown, everyone’s eyes are undoubtedly on one man- Karrion Kross. 

The NXT Champion has been lifted up to the skies with his reign and as the face of the division, has proven that he could just be the next big thing. It turns out, Kross could be given the golden ticket sooner than we think. 

According to recent reports from Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer, Karrion Kross could be on the “fast track” to the main roster. This came after he had a very impressive dark match prior to SmackDown this week. 

The higher-ups present to witness liked his look and presentation, which could mean big things for him. Very few Superstars have the ‘it’ factor that comes with persona, in-ring talent, as well as charisma. 

Karrion Kross is on the road to being the next World Champion

Karrion Kross has it all and his gimmick isn’t too imposing on a viewer’s imagination. The “Tick-Tock” undertones alongside his real-life wife Scarlett have taken off with fans and his reign as NXT Champion has soldier his status further. 

Kross reached undisputed status when he managed to win a Fatal Five Way at NXT TakeOver: In Your House, beating Adam Cole, Johnny Gargano, Pete Dunne, and Kyle O’Reilly. For those that don’t understand the gravity of the victory, he took down some of the best competitors the division has ever seen at once.

Although to make it to Raw and SmackDown, Kross will have to lose the NXT Championship. Making him suffer a defeat to anyone now would be unthinkable so we may just have to wait for him to find that worthy opponent. 

Given his built, height, and character depth, we can surely see Karrion Kross holding a World Championship soon. His ascent to the main roster could probably see Scarlett also wrestle, and we could see him possibly clash with The Fiend in the future.
