Summer Specialbuys at Aldi often focus on garden furniture[/caption]

Aldi’s latest range of garden items has just gone on sale and they are already being snapped up quickly online.

Specialbuys are limited edition products released in small quantities that are available at low prices and once they are gone, they’re gone forever.

They go on sale on Thursdays and Sundays, and depending on the item, are available in-store or online, or both.

There are 25 new items for the garden which went on sale today for pre-ordering online.

How to compare prices to get the best deal

JUST because something is on offer, or is part of a sale, it doesn’t mean it’s always a good deal.

There are plenty of comparison websites out there that’ll check prices for you – so don’t be left paying more than you have to.

Most of them work by comparing the prices across hundreds of retailers.

Here are some that we recommend:

  • Google Shopping is a tool that lets users search for and compare prices for products across the web. Simply type in keywords, or a product number, to bring up search results.
  • Price Spy logs the history of how much something costs from over 3,000 different retailers, including Argos, Amazon, eBay and the supermarkets. Once you select an individual product you can quickly compare which stores have the best price and which have it in stock.
  • Idealo is another website that lets you compare prices between retailers. All shoppers need to do is search for the item they need and the website will rank them from the cheapest to the most expensive one.
  • CamelCamelCamel only works on goods being sold on Amazon. To use it, type in the URL of the product you want to check the price of.

That includes a portable patio heater priced at just £39.99 and a BBQ that’s £149.99 and that’s £75 cheaper than you’ll find in Argos.

You’ll also find Aldi selling a gazebo to keep the rain showers off and it’s priced at £99.99.

There’s a giant 10ft trampoline too which is sure to keep the kids occupied over the school summer holidays.

With the weather taking a turn for the worst after the mini heatwave, and lockdown restrictions continuing after a delay to the rules being eased, Aldi’s garden goodies can help you still enjoy your outdoor space.

According to the Aldi website, all of these items have been snapped up more than 100 times today.

Specialbuys are popular and often sell out, and shoppers have been warned of a broader shortage of garden furniture over the summer because of soaring demand.

If you’re ordering online, you’ll need to factor in the £2.95 delivery charge if your order is worth less than £20.

Orders over this amount qualify for free delivery. Or for large items, the delivery charge increases to £6.95.

You can find your nearest Aldi by using its store locator tool.

Before parting ways with any cash, you’ll want to compare prices to make sure you can’t find something cheaper elsewhere.
