The Handmaid’s Tale season 4: What time is it on Channel 4 and who is new to the cast?
The Handmaid’s Tale season 4 is finally premiering in the UK, reuniting viewers with June Osborne (Elisabeth Moss) after she was critically injured in the gripping season three finale.
In season four, which will consist of 10 episodes, June continues to fight the oppressive powers that rule Gilead, aided by her fellow Handmaids.
She was previously under the control of Commander Fred Waterford (Joseph Fiennes), her sole purpose as a Handmaid being to provide him and his wife Serena Waterford (Yvonne Strahovski) with a child.
However, the end of season three saw her help a plane-full of children escape Gilead, as her husband Luke Bankole (O-T Fagbenle) anxiously waited for their daughter Hannah (Jordana Blake) to arrive in Canada, to no avail.
While the Waterfords are currently under the watchful eye of the Canadian authorities, having been arrested while outside of Gilead, that doesn’t mean to say that they might not be able to exert their power on foreign soil.
