Will Smith has announced he’ll be releasing his very own book later this year.

The memoir, aptly titled WILL, is set to be published by Penguin Press on November 9, and is set to feature stories about the actor’s childhood and his successes in the entertainment industry.

Will, 52, took to Instagram to share the official cover for WILL in a video, revealing that ‘it’s been a labour of love’ working on it.

‘I’ve been working on it for the past two years and it is finally ready,’ he added.

He later posted two snaps of him posing with his book, with the front artwork featuring a set of portraits of the actor painted on top of each other.

‘I see y’all gettin’ your pre-orders in early for my book, thank you!!’ he wrote.

Will has been working on his memoir with Mark Manson, whose own self-help manual The Subtle Art Of Not Giving A F*** became a bestseller when it was released in 2016.

The actor had previously confirmed plans to work on his own autobiography back in 2018, revealing he had loads of ideas for what to write about.

‘I’m writing a book! I’ve got years and years of stuff I’ve been wanting to say and I’m finally gonna write a book,’ he told fans on Instagram at the time. ‘I’m writing it for y’all.’

He then turned towards Mark and asks him: ‘Are you feeling confident? Are you feeling like we’ll be able to do transcendent art with this book?’

Mark jokingly responded: ‘I spent the last six months with crippling anxiety, but today I feel great.’

In the meantime, Will has plans to launch a fitness series with YouTube, titled Best Shape Of My Life, in 2022.

It has been described as ‘the fun, funny, inspirational, wildly adventurous and deeply entertaining story of Smith challenging himself to improve every aspect of his fitness, from agility to power to recovery and more’.

He will also be joined by guests including pro athletes, scientists and experts and top YouTube creators.
