Warning: spoilers ahead for RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars 6.

RuPaul’s Drag Race is back with a bang, as All Stars 6 delivers a massive serving of charisma, uniqueness, nerve and talent as Serena ChaCha becomes the first queen to be eliminated.

In the first episode of All Stars 6, the queens were tasked with putting on a talent show, showing off their dazzling singing, dancing and comedy skills.

While stars including Jan and Pandora Boxx delighted RuPaul and fellow judges Michelle Visage, Carson Kressley and Ross Matthews, others weren’t quite so successful, with Serena ChaCha’s performance resulting in her being axed by her fellow queens.

For Serena’s decided to perform an all-dancing, lip syncing number set to a song about wigs for her routine.

Michelle praised the queen’s evolution since her last Drag Race appearance in season five, saying she looked beautiful and that while her idea for the performance was great, the execution was less so.

Despite the fact that All Stars is a spin-off from Drag Race, the rules vary drastically, meaning that the final decision as to who stays or goes does not rest with RuPaul, as it usually does.

While Ru placed Serena in the bottom two with Trinity K Bonet – whose attempt at a stand-up set was lacking that all-important comedic touch – the majority vote from the rest of the cast meant that Serena was told to sashay away.

After Serena delivered her departing remarks to the camera, the first episode of the show appeared to end… before a screen appeared that read ‘one hour later’.

The camera then returned to the Werk Room, showing Serena packing her bags as Ru suddenly appeared on screen, exclaiming: ‘Serena ChaCha! Don’t leave!’

‘You are not gonna believe this honey. It ain’t over yet mama,’ Ru told the stunned performer.

‘This season, there’s a game within a game. You wanna play?’ the head judge asked, to which Serena replied: ‘Yes. Oh my god, now? Let’s go!’

We all knew All Stars was good at throwing twists our way… but what could this mean?

When will Serena be introduced back into the competition, if that is the plan? Or is there something else going on behind-the-scenes? Tell us Ru!

RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars 6 is available to watch on Netflix and WOW Presents Plus.
