Shooting at Hollywood Hills home of Fashion Nova boss Richard Saghian leaves ‘1 dead & 4 hurt’ – but CEO escapes unhurt
A DEADLY shooting erupted last night outside the Fashion Nova CEO‘s mansion on a Hollywood Hills street where a number of celebrities own multi-million-dollar homes.
Police have confirmed to The Sun one person is dead and four others were shot in an alleged robbery at Avicii’s former home, which is now owned by fashion mogul Richard Saghian.

Saghian escaped without any injuries after the terrifying incident at the $17.5million home in Los Angeles, sources told The Sun.
Officers responded to reports of a shooting just before 2am and when they arrived, they found three victims injured.
A security guard, a man in his 60s, was shot and remains in a critical condition in hospital, police confirmed, while two other men, in their 40s and 50s, are stable.
The fashion mogul was inside of the home at the time, but it is unclear whether the suspected robbers targeted him, according to the source.

Cops told The Sun the suspects approached the two men who had been standing outside of the home, forced them to lie on the ground and proceeded to rob them – stealing “high-value property.”
Police later learned a grey Audi that may have been involved in the shooting and were dispatched.
The vehicle was located in Beverly Hills and the driver was pulled over.
Three people, all wearing ski masks, were found inside of the car at the time, two of which had gunshot wounds.

One of them died at the scene and the other was rushed to hospital in a critical condition. The car’s driver was uninjured and taken into custody.
Sobbing family members told The Sun the deceased victim was named Ethan, but would not confirm his surname.
One distraught family member was seen chasing the coroner’s van down Santa Monica Boulevard in tears as the young man’s body was taken away.
TMZ earlier reported police found the security guard under a Range Rover at a nearby house, who had been shot in the abdomen.
He allegedly returned fire and struck two of the suspects, killing one of them, the outlet claimed.

The shooting took place in an area of the Hollywood Hills known as ‘Bird Streets’ – with the likes of Keanu Reeves, Leonardo DiCaprio and Jennifer Aniston owning homes in the community.
Property records show that Fashion Nova founder and CEO Richard Saghian owns the home where the shooting took place.
The property was previously owned by the late DJ Avicii, before the fashion mogul bought it back in 2018.
