Former Disney star Kyle Massey has been charged in relation to allegedly sending explicit photos, texts and videos to a 13-year-old girl.
The 29-year-old has been charged with one count of immoral communication with a minor, with the felony charge filed on June 14 in King County, Washington.
The That’s So Raven star is accused of sending sexually explicit content to the minor between December 2018 and January 2019.
According to court documents seen by TMZ and other US publications, police have been investigating the allegations since early 2020.
The girl’s mother gave police a thumb drive containing explicit content Massey allegedly sent over Snapchat when the girl was 13.
Massey did not show for his arraignment on Monday in King County Criminal Court.
The charge stems from the same allegations against Massey detailed in a 2019 lawsuit against him.
The plaintiff alleges she met Massey at Universal Studios when she was four years old, and stayed in touch because she wanted to pursue a career in entertainment.
She claims that she reached out to the actor in November 2018 about auditioning for a role in a reboot of Cory in the House – in which Massey played Cory Baxter – and during subsequent conversations, he was allegedly informed that she was in eighth grade.

The complaint alleges that Massey knew that the girl was underage when he allegedly sent her pornographic content.
Back in March 2019, a $1.5million (£1m) lawsuit was filed against Massey for intentional infliction of emotional distress, harmful matter sent with intention of seducing a minor, attempting to commit a lewd act with a minor and annoying or molesting a minor.
At the time, the actor ‘categorically denied’ the allegations, saying in a statement via his attorney Lee A. Hutton, III: ‘No child should ever be exposed to sexually explicit materials and I unequivocally and categorically deny any alleged misconduct.

‘In early 2019, Plaintiff’s attorneys demanded $1.5M threatening to go public to destroy my career if I did not comply. My family and I rejected this extortion attempt, because I have faith that the legal process will reveal the truth.’
Massey is best known for playing Cory Baxter, the little brother of Raven-Symoné’s character Raven, in the hit Disney Channel series That’s So Raven.
In 2007, he landed his own spin-off, Cory In The House, and voiced Milo on Fish Hooks between 2010 and 2014.
Massey – who is also a rapper – competed on Dancing With The Stars in 2010, and made it to the final with professional partner Lacey Schwimmer.
